Why Choose Alchemy 43 for PRP Injections?

At Alchemy 43, we believe in harnessing the power of your body's natural rejuvenation processes.

Our licensed medical providers specialize in Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy (PRP), a cutting-edge aesthetic treatment that uses your body’s own healing mechanisms. PRP helps to stimulate naturally occurring growth factors, boosting healing qualities and rejuvenating skin for a healthy glow. PRP scalp treatments help restore thinning hair by renewing the hair follicles from within. We offer a personalized approach, tailoring each treatment to your unique needs and aesthetic goals.

PRP at a Glance

  • What It Is: Uses your body’s own growth factors to stimulate natural healing and regeneration of the skin and hair
  • Benefits: Treats skin concerns like dullness, fine lines, and uneven texture, and supports hair growth in thinning areas
  • Treatment: Involves a simple blood draw and injection process, typically completed in under an hour
  • Recovery: Minimal downtime—most patients return to normal activities almost immediately
  • Results: Results develop gradually over weeks as collagen production and cellular renewal increase

How It Works

What Are PRP Injections?

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy uses your body’s own growth factors to support natural regeneration. During the treatment, a small blood sample is taken and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma. This concentrated serum is then injected into the skin or scalp, where it helps stimulate collagen production, promote cellular repair, and rejuvenate skin tissue or hair follicles from the inside out.

Did You Know?

  • Platelet-rich Plasma is an increased concentration of growth factors and can help stimulate or speed up the healing process for rejuvenated skin, leaving your complexion looking smoother, younger, and overall healthier.
  • By supporting strong hair follicles, PRP can stimulate hair growth, and even thickness. It can also help prevent hair follicles from prematurely shedding.

A Simple Process for Complex Benefits

What Is the PRP Procedure Like?

Platelet-rich Plasma is extracted via a simple blood draw; it is a component of blood that is full of natural healing and growth factors. When it is introduced back into the skin via injection, the growth factors stimulate collagen-producing cells and new blood vessel formation resulting in healing and rejuvenation of the skin and scalp. The entire process is typically completed within an hour.

Am I a Candidate for PRP Injections?

An Intrinsic Solution

PRP Recovery

The recovery time for PRP is typically short. You may experience some mild swelling, bruising, or tenderness at the injection site for a few days. Our providers will provide detailed post-treatment instructions to ensure a comfortable recovery and optimal results.

PRP Results

The results of PRP therapy are gradual and natural-looking. Clients report a week of cell turnover, with visible results and radiance 7-10 days post-treatment. We recommend getting treated every 4-6 weeks as part of your regular routine to maintain the best results. The results can last a year or more, depending on the treatment area and individual factors.
