• 6 weeks before: Avoid tweezing, waxing/sugaring, and depilatories
• 2 weeks before: Avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, self-tanning, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels
• 1 week before: Avoid skincare products with strong active ingredients such as retinoids, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, benzol peroxide, and hydroquinone
• The day before: cleanse and shave the treatment area, and avoid using any skincare or deodorant after cleansing

You can expect some temporary redness, swelling, and discomfort, similar to a mild sunburn, which usually resolves within a few hours to a few days. You may notice hair shedding and a reduction in hair growth 1-3 weeks post-treatment, with improved results over multiple treatments.

Aftercare:

• Use a gentle cleanser soothing moisturizer on the treatment area
• Avoid sun exposure and use a sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher
• Avoid skincare products with strong active ingredients such as retinoids, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, benzol peroxide, and hydroquinone for one week post-treatment
• Avoid perfumes or deodorants on the treatment area for 48 hours
• Avoid strenuous physical activity for 24 hours
